I'm a chronic undereat...Be careful with that. <br /><br />I'm a chronic undereater. Two meals a day with a sparse breakfast. Sometimes I don't break over 1100 calories. But if you do that too long, your body goes into starvation mode and starts to cling to every calorie and store them all. That's how I gained weight and why it's hard for me to lose weight. <br /><br />I used MyFitnessPal.com and it worked fine but it was hard to keep up because I was annoyed with the "you haven't eaten enough" messages. I can't keep it up more than a few months. I do like how many food are already listed so I don't have to do the calculations myself, but I can put it custom food and do the math and it will save the info. It even tells me how much sugar, sodium, etc. I take in as I try to keep my sodium low too. Fitness and food calculations all in one, and there is a phone app. <br /><br />I really should give it another try. I want to go to Yosemite next year and Europe in 2018.
