On the Plus Side

Getting back to my mounted pieces has been on my mind of late and I was happy to have the piece I started yesterday waiting for me when I got back into the studio today. The silk used in this piece has been in my 'saving it for something special' drawer for quite some time, and I was happy to have it to be the focus of this new work.

    I really love how you've mounted these little quilts onto the painted wood panels. It gives it such presence, plus it's easier to hang on a wall. :-)
