Diamond Panel Jacket #9

The new short sleeve jacket for Judith, made from  Casablanca, 60% wool, 20% silk and 20% mohair, and Creative Focus Superwash, 50% merino, 50% wool.
Although she requested a sleeveless version, I extended the shoulders just five rows in order to prevent peaky shoulders.

  2. This is a beautiful color combo. Wonder where Judith lives that she wears wool and short sleeves.

  3. Judith lives in northern TN where it actually gets cold. Long sleeves underneath make it easy to work in the vest, I assume.

  4. I *love* that. I haven't tried to knit a sweater yet but I did knit one pair of socks.

    Is there a pattern anywhere?

  6. My 'go to" outfit in the winter is a long sleeved tee and a vest. That's just enough to keep me warm. I look forward to having this beautiful vest to wear this winter. Judith in Northern TN
