Loved hearing your thoughts and feelings so directly, Melody! Nice interview, and after reading your blog for a few years, I am happy for you that you are making new friends in your new community. Good wishes for you!
Melody, I loved your interview! It was so good to see you "in person" and to hear your thoughts on the theft of the 5 quilts. I hadn't known about that but love your response. I'm so happy that your move has led to more quilting!
Nice to see your interview and hear your voice. Beautiful sweater you are wearing...guess you knit that one? Nice to see your quilts hanging in the show and learn about some of them too.
Melody…such a wonderful interview. You are so talented, smart and an inspiration. I have followed your work for years and nobody does color and design like you do…nobody! Wishing you continued success in all you do.

Great interview! You looked relaxed and like you enjoyed sharing. Your remarks about the lost quilts should help us all deal with problems by seeking positive outcomes to perceived tragedies and learning to move on. Thanks for sharing your beautiful work and wisdom.
Isn't it interesting how almost all of us commented on how we loved hearing your voice. Felt like it was a little visit, no matter how far apart we are. Your stolen quilt experience does ring a bell for me too- a reminder to just enjoy the process and let someone else enjoy the quilt afterwards.
